Cisco sales department uses flash game to train their sales team on Cisco products. Sales team in different areas all over the world maintain their own game. Game data is inconsistent among different areas, so it is hard to reflect the training effect.
We built a centralized game content management system. The game data, game presentation and training material for different areas and different products could be managed in the centralized backend system. Localization in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Germany, Spanish, French, Arabic. Various reports are provided for management team to understand the training result better.
